DOCTOR DESTRUCTION'S PLAN
Below is Doctor Destruction's plan that Tesla discovered. It lists only the things that still need to be done.
1. Form an alliance with the Tyranny League. Convince them to attack the V'sori fleet when the FINAL ATTACK begins.
2. Visit Willie the Fish and get the Configuration Box
3. Teleport to Atlantis and get the Crown of the Seven Seas.
4. Contact Labyrinth to see if they can provide manufactured super-humans to assist.
5. D-DAY - The Final Attack. All forces attack, while Omega Prime takes out Drone Control Orbital Base
6. Omega Prime will rescue Doctor Metropolis.
7. Doctor Metropolis will use his powers in conjunction with the Atlantean Teleporter array and the Sub-Terran Power Source to use Star City as a psionic lens and weaken the Overmind. Then Omega Prime will be teleported to the Overmind to take him out.
