ROBBIE ROBERTSON Real Name: Joseph Robertson Affiliation: The Daily Bugle Powers: None
Joe Robertson was born to be a journalist. As a student at Harlem High School, he worked for the school paper, becoming its editor during his senior year and winning a scholarship to the Columbia School of Journalism. Hardworking and dedicated, "Robbie" was a fearless reporter-until he ran afoul of one particular subject, fellow Harlem student Lonnie Thompson Lincoln, nicknamed Tombstone. A massive albino taunted by his peers because of his appearance, the brutal Lonnie considered Robbie a friend of sorts since Robbie was one of the few who never mocked him; however, when Lonnie began using his considerable strength to extort money from classmates, Robbie prepared a story for the Harlem High paper exposing Lonnie's activities. Ambushing Robbie after school, Tombstone beat him bloody until Robbie agreed to kill the story, which never saw print. Lonnie saw this as a cordial understanding between friends, but Robbie was disgusted with himself and determined never to compromise his ethics again.
Putting the Tombstone incident behind him, Joe graduated from Harlem, attended Columbia, got his degree, and landed a job several years later as a night-desk catcher with a Philadelphia newspaper. He also married his girlfriend, Martha, but Robbie's old secret would soon come back to haunt his new life. When a telephone tipster told Robbie he knew who had killed local crimelord Ozzy Montana, Robbie set up a secret waterfront meeting; but he found his informant dead in the grip of Tombstone, who had become a mob hitman with a penchant for snapping necks. Robbie fled and kept quiet about the whole incident, fearful of what Tombstone might do to him or his wife if he talked. Joe realized he had never fully recovered from his early encounters with Tombstone, and that the killer had a strange sort of hold over him.
Trying to forget his Tombstone failures, Robbie threw himself back into his journalism career. He and Martha moved back to Manhattan, where Joe became a reporter for the Daily Bugle. Over the next twenty years, Robbie rose through the ranks to become the Bugle's city editor and one of the city's most respected journalists. He formed a close friendship with the Bugle's publisher and editor-in-chief, J. Jonah Jameson, supplying a calming yin to Jameson's raging yang. Though a good newspaperman at heart with a strong social conscience, Jameson has often allowed his personal biases to compromise his journalistic perspective, but Robbie's counterbalancing views have kept the Bugle's news coverage relatively fair (unlike many of Jameson's editorials). Jameson and Robertson have sharply differing views on super heroes in general and Spider-Man in particular. Jameson tends to regard costumed vigilantes with suspicion and contempt, and is consumed by a jealous loathing of Spider-Man, not knowing the hero is secretly young Bugle photographer Peter Parker. Robbie has a more objective view of New York's super heroes, judging them by their actions, and has aided Spider-Man and other heroes on many occasions. Robbie has also been something of a fatherly mentor to Peter Parker, and has often seemed aware of Peter's dual identity; but he has never voiced, exploited or acted on this knowledge, and has even protected Peter's secret on occasion, such as when he steered Bugle reporter Ken Ellis away from learning the truth.
The Muir Island New Mutants met Robbie Robertson in the lobby of the South Beach Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Miami Beach.

TRISH TILBY Real Name: Patricia Tilby Affiliation: NNN (National News Network) Powers: None
Trish came into the world of the X-Men when she began investigating X-Factor, who at the time were masquerading as mutant hunters. With help from Mystique, she uncovered Angel's financial backing of X-Factor Inc. and broke the story to the public. Later, she reported on X-Factor's victory over Apocalypse, and began to fall in love with Beast. Eventually, the two began a tumultuous relationship.
Trish's ethical duty to search for the truth began to clash with the X-Teams shroud of secrecy, even if both shared a common goal of human-mutant co-existence.
Trish pretended to be Joule's aunt in order to "rescue" the New Mutants from J. Jonah Jameson in the lobby of the Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach. She worked with the New Mutants to learn the truth behind the Miami Monster killings and to find the Justice card.

THE OWL Real Name: Leland Owlsley Affiliation: Crime Lord Powers: Flight, Claws, Owl Attributes
Leland "Owl" Owlsley was a ruthless financier, although he had a respectable image. An internal audit by IRS discovered files relating Owlsley with different illegal business enterprises. Owlsley decided to get rid of his previous image, and began scheming to become a crimelord in New York City. He began by hiring thugs for the Owl's Gang and created a small crime empire[2]. Somehow, "the Owl" managed to get a serum he supposedly used to glide and even fly for short distances; he had to use the serum frequently to retain these powers.
The New Mutants learned from Trish Tilby that the Owl had been killed in his New York headquarters, along with the majority leadership of his criminal organization. The Kingpin told the New Mutants that a Justice Tarot card was pinned to his lapel with the number 1 written on it.

JIGSAW Real Name: Billy Russo Affiliation: Crime Lord Powers: None
Billy Russo was a brutal assassin for the Maggia crime family, nicknamed "the Beaut" because of his good looks. He was also a favorite assassin for the Costa crime family.
After the execution-style killings that inadvertently led to the deaths of Frank Castle's family, Russo was hired by Bruno Costa to assassinate another assassin who had failed to kill Frank Castle as well. Russo killed all of his targets but Castle, who narrowly avoided death in an explosion. Hours later, Castle returned and tracked down Russo to one of the Maggia's nightclubs. Several criminals were killed, and Russo was thrown through a glass pane head-first. Somehow, he survived with his face torn to shreds; surgeons stitched it back together like a jigsaw puzzle.
Taking advantage of his now hideous visage, the formerly handsome gangster took on the identity of Jigsaw, and initially attempted to frame the Punisher for murder. However, the plan failed due to the intervention of Spider-Man and Nightcrawler; Spider-Man witnessed one of Jigsaw's murders and one of his victims was an old friend of Nightcrawler.[
Trish Tilby told the Muir Island New Mutants that Jigsaw had been killed in New York along with the majority of his criminal organization. The Kingpin told the New Mutants that he had been found with a Justice Tarot card pinned to his lapel. Someone had drawn the number 2 on the card.

THE WRECKING CREW
When Dirk Garthwaite, the original Wrecker, reclaimed his powers by gripping his enchanted crowbar in a lightning storm, a bolt stuck the tool as three other men held it as well.[1] Ex-Physicist Dr. Eliot Franklin became Thunderball, Ex-Army Master Sergeant Henry Camp became Bulldozer, and Ex-Farmhand Brian Calusky became Piledriver. Although this quartered the Wrecker's prodigious strength, the team remained together and remained a formidable force. Their powers are of mystical origin, and Thor is one of their common opponents.
When the Muir Island New Mutants met Kingpin in Miami, they learned that he had hired the Wrecking Crew as personal bodyguards to protect him against the Punisher.
WRECKER Real Name: Dirk Garthwaite Affiliation: The Wrecking Crew Powers: Magical Crowbar; Super Strength
Dirk Garthwaite was a manual laborer employed by a demolitions company who was fired for his antisocial behavior and fits of violence. Deciding to turn his talent for mayhem and destruction to criminal activity, Garthwaite fashioned himself a simple costume to conceal his identity. He then committed a series of crimes under the name of the Wrecker, his trademark being the crowbar with which he devastated the scene of the crime. The Wrecker became more daring with each theft, and continually evaded the attempts of the police to capture him.
Seeking another victim to rob, the Wrecker happened upon a hotel room occupied by Loki, the Asgardian god of evil, whose magical powers had at that time been temporarily removed by the Asgardian monarch Odin. The Wrecker smashed his way in while Loki was in the midst of summoning his sometime ally Karnilla the Norn Queen. Loki hoped that Karnilla would grant him magical power with which he could battle his archenemy Thor, the Asgardian thunder god. The Wrecker overpowered Loki. Then, while trying on Loki's horned helmet, the Wrecker was mistaken for the god when Karnilla hastily materialized to grant Loki's request. Thus it was the Wrecker whom Karnilla endowed with magical power. This power gave the Wrecker superhuman strength, which he used to embark upon a brazen wrecking spree, no longer fearing the authorities.
The Wrecker's rampage came to the attention of Thor, whose power had also been diminished at the time by Odin's spell. The Wrecker battled Thor for hours and finally bested the partially depowered god. But the Wrecker was finally overcome by the Destroyer, a virtually invincible Asgardian automaton that was at this time animated by the spirit of the Asgardian goddess Sif.
The Wrecker was imprisoned under heavy sedation (to prevent him from using his superhuman strength) in an upstate New York hospital for several months, but developed an immunity to the tranquilizers and broke free. The Wrecker once again battled Thor, who now again possessed his full godly power, and overcame him. Thrown upon the electrified third rail of a New York City subway track, the Wrecker had his superhuman strength drained from him by a discharge of energy from Thor's enchanted hammer.
The Wrecker was imprisoned, but he paid people to keep track of the whereabouts of his crowbar, into which he believed his enchanted power had fled after being driven from his body. Together with three other inmates at Ryker's Island Prison, Dr. Eliot Franklin, Henry Camp, and Brian Phillip Calusky, the Wrecker made a successful jailbreak and managed to locate his crowbar. Willing to share his power with his allies, the Wrecker had the three other convicts join him in holding onto the crowbar outside during an electrical storm. Lightning struck the crowbar, magically distributing the enchanted strength bestowed upon the Wrecker among the four of them. The Wrecker's three allies then adopted costumes and aliases as well: Franklin became Thunderball, Camp became Bulldozer, and Calusky became Piledriver. Together the four superhumanly strong criminals became known as the Wrecking Crew, who were led by the Wrecker himself.
The Wrecking Crew then terrorized New York City by threatening to destroy buildings unless they were paid enormous sums of money, and then carrying out their threat when they were not paid. The Crew set out to recover the gamma bomb that Eliot Franklin (Thunderball) had built some years before and that had been stolen from him by Edgar Pennysworth of Richmond Enterprises. The Crew intended to use this bomb to blackmail New York City, but their scheme was thwarted by the superhuman champions called the Defenders, who defeated the Crew. The members of the Wrecking Crew were each taken to a different prison. One of the Defenders, the sorcerer Doctor Strange, had mystically banished the Wrecker's crowbar to another dimension, but it was recovered sometime later by the Puppet Master, who used his mystically powered clay to coerce the Wrecker into battle with the Fantastic Four.
Strength Level: The Wrecker possesses superhuman strength that enables him to lift (press) about 40 tons. Previously, when sharing his superhuman power with the other three members of the Wrecking Crew, the Wrecker could lift (press) about 10 tons.
Known Superhuman Powers: The Wrecker possesses superhuman strength and a high degree of imperviousness to harm, as a result of the magical power bestowed upon him by Karnilla the Norn Queen. The enchantment augmented his entire body, strengthening his bone, muscle, and flesh. The Wrecker is capable of withstanding the impact of a .45 caliber bullet without it penetrating his skin.
The Wrecker has established a mental link with his enchanted crowbar. In the past when the Wrecker has lost his superhuman powers, the power has transferred itself into the crowbar. By making physical contact with the crowbar, the Wrecker can transfer the power back into himself. Also, by touching the crowbar, the Wrecker can magically transform whatever he is wearing into his costume. By concentrating on the crowbar, the Wrecker can use it to take mental possession of whoever touches it, and cause an enchanted aura that can repel bullets to surround that person.
After first gaining his superhuman powers, the Wrecker was able to teleport individuals to Asgard from Earth and to create waves of force about him that could deflect bullets. It is not known whether the Wrecker is still capable of these feats.
Weapons: The Wrecker wields a four-foot long cast iron crowbar which has become virtually indestructible through extensive contact with the Wrecker's enchanted skin. Wielded by the superhumanly strong Wrecker, the crowbar becomes a weapon of vast destructive potential. The Wrecker has used the crowbar to demolish entire buildings in minutes and to hold off the thunder god Thor in battle. The Wrecker has used the crowbar offensively as both a throwing weapon and a bat.

PILEDRIVER Real Name: Brian Calusky Affiliation: The Wrecking Crew Powers: Super Strength
Brian Philip Calusky, though born in Brooklyn, NY, was raised on a farm and eventually became a farmhand. Life on the farm was too slow for Calusky and he decided to enter a life of crime for excitement. His criminal activities eventually landed him in prison, where he met and became cellmates with Dirk Garthwaite, who was known as the Wrecker.
Garthwaite, together with Calusky and two other inmates at Ryker's Island Prison, Dr. Eliot Franklin and Henry Camp, made a successful jailbreak and managed to locate his crowbar. Willing to share his power with his allies, the Wrecker had the three other convicts join him in holding onto the crowbar outside during an electrical storm. Lightning struck the crowbar, magically distributing the enchanted strength bestowed upon the Wrecker among the four of them.[2] The Wrecker's three allies then adopted costumes and aliases as well: Franklin became Thunderball, Camp became Bulldozer, and Brian Philip Calusky became Piledriver. As a result of his new-found powers, his hands became over-sized in proportion to his body. Together the four superhumanly strong criminals became known as the Wrecking Crew, who were led by the Wrecker himself.
Superhuman Strength: Piledriver possess superhuman strength and a high degree of imperviousness to harm. Piledriver's physical strength is in the 10 ton level, though because of his particular talent he has over-sized hands which are more powerful than the other members of the Wrecking Crew, save The Wrecker himself.
Superhuman Durability: He can withstand high amounts of concussive force, and is virtually bulletproof. Piledriver's power augmented his entire body, strengthening his bone, muscle, and flesh. Because of this, he's capable of withstanding the impact of a .45 caliber bullet without it penetrating his skin.
THUNDERBALL Real Name: Dr. Eliot Franklin Affiliation: The Wrecking Crew Powers: Super Strength; Wrecking Ball
Dr. Eliot Franklin was a brilliant physicist whose greatest claim to fame was inventing a miniature gamma-ray bomb, something that Dr. Robert Bruce Banner (Better known as The Hulk) was unable to do at that time. Dr. Franklin was often called "The Black Bruce Banner" because of his genius level intellect and his scientific knowledge in the field of gamma radiation.[2] To fund his research, Dr. Franklin would often commit robberies, which eventually landed him in prison. It was there that he met up and became cellmates with Dirk Garthwaite, also known as The Wrecker.
One night during a thunderstorm, Garthwaite broke out of prison, along with his cellmates Henry Camp, Brian Philip Calusky, and Dr. Eliot Franklin. He recovered his magical crowbar and held it aloft, all four men placing their hands upon it. Lightning struck the crowbar, not only reactivating the enchantment but empowering the other three men as well.[3] The four felons dubbed themselves the Wrecking Crew; Camp became Bulldozer, Calusky became Piledriver, and Franklin became Thunderball. Soon after, Thunderball took an ordinary wrecking ball for an offensive weapon which was energized by The Wrecker's crowbar, making it almost indestructible
BULLDOZER Real Name: Henry Camp Affiliation: The Wrecking Crew Powers: Super Strength; Armored Helmet
Henry Camp was a Master Sergeant in United States Army before being dishonorably discharged. Soon after he entered a life of crime and was later caught and headed off to Ryker's Island Prison. He then became cell mates with Dirk Garthwaite, also known as The Wrecker.
Garthwaite, together with Camp and two other inmates at Ryker's Island Prison, Dr. Eliot Franklin and Brian Phillip Calusky, made a successful jailbreak and managed to locate his crowbar. Willing to share his power with his allies, The Wrecker had the three other convicts join him in holding onto the crowbar outside during an electrical storm. Lightning struck the crowbar, magically distributing the enchanted strength bestowed upon The Wrecker among the four of them.[1] The Wrecker's three allies then adopted costumes and aliases as well: Franklin became Thunderball, Calusky became Piledriver, and Henry Camp became Bulldozer, constructing a special metal helmet for the occasion. Together the four superhumanly strong criminals became known as The Wrecking Crew, who were led by The Wrecker himself.

TASKMASTER Real Name: Tony Masters Affiliation: Independent Powers: Photographic Reflexes
Tony Masters gained an ability known as "photographic reflexes" during a mission as a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent. This ability enabled him to watch another person's physical movements and duplicate them without any practice, no matter how complex. He was previously a naturally gifted athlete who trained himself to superb physical condition. His power was only limited by the fact that the memories he gained by watching others overwrote his personal memories. As a result, Tony forgot his wife and field agent partner, Mercedes Masters, as well as his own history with S.H.I.E.L.D. Mercedes crafted an elaborate set-up to help control and guide Tony in his new guise as Taskmaster. Using a series of muscle memory and reflexive tasks, she linked Taskmaster to "the Org", his "handler" between jobs and a constant to keep him on task despite his frequently over-written memory. The Org was actually Mercedes herself, gathering intelligence and feeding it back to S.H.I.E.L.D. thanks to Taskmaster's reports. Tony therefore became the ultimate double agent in the super-villain underground -- one who didn't even know what he was.
Tony decided to use his stolen capital to establish a base of operations to train criminals known as the Taskmaster's Academy. He took the name Taskmaster and began training anyone that could pay.
Powers
The Taskmaster acquired his abilities after ingested a "mnemonic primer", a chemical serum which altered his brain chemistry to make him hypercognitive in the area of skill observation and retention.[6] ◾ Photographic Reflexes: The Taskmaster's only superhuman abilities were that of his photographic reflexes. He was able to duplicate almost any physical act he sees after seeing it done by someone else only once.[23] Taskmaster can use this ability to master complex gymnastics routines and play difficult pieces of music. However, he typically prefers to use this ability to copy the combat skills, both armed and unarmed, of costumed crime-fighters and expert martial artists from around the world, typically seen through watching videos of them in combat situations.[23] He can also copy the subtle muscle movements of others so precisely that he can at times do things such as copying another persons voice so precisely as to fool voice recognition software.[citation needed] ◾ Limited Superhuman Speed: Taskmaster has discovered that after watching martial arts movies in double speed, he is also able to briefly duplicate the moves at double speed, effectively giving him a limited form of super-speed. However, as he does not have any sort of enhanced endurance, this puts a great strain on his body and he is only able to fight in this manner for short periods of time.[5] ◾Physical Movement Prediction: He can also do things such as figuring out the sleight of hand techniques of a master poker cheater simply by watching them.[24] He has often shown the ability to actually predict an opponent's next move before they make it if he has studied their fighting style enough. Opponents who are skilled at improvisational fighting styles, or who have a more random unpredictable style are less likely to have their moves predicted by Taskmaster.[25] ◾Superhuman Reflexes: Due to his photographic reflexes, Taskmaster's reaction time is far greater than a normal human. He was capable of catching a crescent blade thrown at him from behind by Moon Knight, without even looking. He was also able to deflect bullets with a chain, and even catch a bullet shot at him.[26]
◾ It was hinted during the Siege that he was below Class 50.[27]
Abilities ◾Olympic-Level Conditioning: The Taskmaster was an Olympic-level athlete and has conditioned his body to the peak of it's potential. ◾ Master Martial Artist: Taskmmaster is possibly among the most formidable armed and unarmed combatants in the world[23], having learned the personal fighting styles of countless individuals in the Marvel Universe. ◾ Expert Tactician: Taskmaster is a master strategist and tactician (seen particularly in combat with Iron Man[24] and against both Captain Americas during the Siege of Asgard).[28] ◾ Other Skills: Taskmaster learned meditation techniques in Tibet, he also claims to have learned forensic methods from CIA Agents and Mossad Operatives.[citation needed]
Fighting Styles Studied Characters: Taskmaster learned personal styles of these individuals from watching videos or from combat: Ant Man, Batroc, Black Widow, Boomerang, Bushwacker, Blacklash, Black Knight, Black Panther, Captain America, Genis-Vell, Cable, Crossbones, Daredevil, Deadpool, Elektra, Falcon, Fatale, Firestar, Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Justice, Libra, Machete, Moon Knight, Oddball, Power Man, Puma, Punisher, Razorfist, Shockwave, Silverclaw, Silver Samurai, Spider-Man, Shatterstar, Swordsman, Tigra, Tumbler, US Agent, Warbird, Wolverine and Zaran.[citation needed]
Strength level ◾ The Taskmaster possessed the normal human strength of a man of his age, height, and build who engages in intensive regular exercise. The Taskmaster was strong enough to lift at least twice his body-weight, meaning he was able to lift at least 440 lbs.[citation needed]
Weaknesses ◾ The Taskmaster is not capable of duplicating a physical feat if the effort to do so requires superhuman effort. For instance, while he could view an opponent lifting a car, he could not do so because his body can't duplicate the superhuman strength required to do so. In the same way, he cannot duplicate any energy manipulating or projecting capabilities for the same reasons.[29] ◾ Taskmaster was unable to copy the moves of Alex Hayden for unknown reasons.[30] ◾ When Taskmaster copies something new, it pushes old memories out of his brain in a form of amnesia.[27] ◾ For example, he is only able to retain a total of eight languages
When the Muir Island New Mutants met Kingpin in Miami, they learned that he had hired the Taskmaster as a personal bodyguard to protect him against the Punisher.

THE BEETLE Real Name: Janice Lincoln Affiliation: Independent Criminal Powers: Power Suit
Janice Lincoln is the daughter of the super power mobster, Tombstone. Janice's mother was an ex-girlfriend of Tombstone during his early days in organized crime. Janice grew up a semi regular life with Tombstone in and out of her life usually showing up to help out with bills and schooling. However, Janice sought the thrill of her father's lifestyle.
Beetle Armor MK IV:
The Beetle suit allows the wearer to fly, and stick to walls. Janice's armor seems to be loosely based on the armor designed by the Tinkerer for Abe Jenkins after his original Beetle armor was destroyed by Iron Man. However, the Zemo/FIxer costume does not seem to have the electro-byte offensive capability or the internal battle computer of Jenkins' suit.
The Beetle was hired as security aboard the Anastasia, when the Slug learned that he was the Punisher's next target.

BLIZZARD Real Name: Gregor Shapanka Affiliation: Independent Criminal Powers: Power Suit for Cold Control
Dr. Gregor Shapanka, an employee of Stark Industries, was conducting private research into a means for achieving physical immortality. He attempted to rob the private vault of Anthony Stark; head of Industries, in order to obtain microtransistor designs that Shapanka intended to sell to finance further research in his private project. However, Shapanka was unsuccessful in his theft; captured, he was brought before Stark, who fired him.
Subsequently, Shapanka created a suit that could generate intense cold, with which he hoped to slow his own aging process. Shapanka also began to use the suit and its abilities to commit crimes in order to amass wealth. The news media named this new criminal "Jack Frost," perhaps in recollection of the member of the Liberty Legion who could generate intense cold. Seeking vengeance on Stark, the new Jack Frost captured Stark's secretary, Virginia "Pepper" Potts, and his chauffeur, Harold "Happy" Hogan, and battle Stark's supposed bodyguard, Iron Man, who was secretly Stark himself. Iron Man defeated Jack Frost and thus saved his captives, and Shapanka was sent to prison.
Weapons: The Blizzard wore a battlesuit containing micro circuited cryogenic units (micro-cryostats) that enabled him to project an intense cold through the ducts then encircled his gloves. With the freezing units at full capacity, the Blizzard could lower the temperature of a twenty by twenty foot room 68 degrees Fahrenheit to 32 degrees Fahrenheit in thirty seconds. Also integrated into the lining of his sleeves was a system of flexible tubing that carried water to miniature electric turbine in his gloves. By emitting the water as a mist and freezing it with his micro-cryostat units, he could create snow flurries. By emitting it as a spray, he could create sleet. By emitting it as a stream, he could create icicles. By concentrating both gloves' power on a single stream of water, he could create a super-dense ice-darts, capable of being flung with enough force to dent half-inch thick steal. The water and cold ducts were capable of shooting a steam of snow with a maximum range of fifteen feet. The Blizzard was able to encase people in a layer of frost or to create an ice-slide beneath him.
Blizzard's battlesuit was fully insulated so that he was immune to the effects of him weaponry. He carried the power-unit for his microcircuitry on his back.
Blizzard was hired as security aboard the Anastasia, when the Slug learned that he was the Punisher's next target.

BOOMERANG Real Name: Fred Myers Affiliation: Independent Criminal Powers: None
Fred Myers was born in Australia but moved to America when he was a small child. In America, his great love was baseball and he developed an extraordinary pitching arm. He became a professional baseball player in the minor leagues after graduating high school, and a few years later entered the major leagues. Within a year he was suspended for accepting bribes. Embittered, he was eventually contracted by the subversive criminal organization, the Secret Empire, and offered employment. They designed special weaponry for him to exploit his pitching ability and he became their special operative, code-named Boomerang. When the Empire crumbled, Boomerang went to Australia to hide out and recuperate. There he incessantly practiced the art of throwing and decided to become a freelance assassin. Obtaining a new arsenal of weapons designed and financed by underworld financed by underworld financier Justin Hammer, Boomerang came back to America to pursue his criminal ambitions. He has since taken various freelance assignment, notably for the Kingpin.
: Boomerang is an expert pitcher whose accuracy has few rivals.
Weapons: Boomerang's primary weapons are the boomerangs, which he wears on his uniform. There are seven boomerangs attached in plain sight, each of which is rigged with special gimmicks. He carries "shatterangs" which detonates at impact with the explosive power of twenty hand grenades. A single shattering can totally demolish an automobile. He also carries "gasarangs" which release highly concentrated tear gas upon impact. His razor-edged "razorang" is capable of slicing through a gun barrel. Boomerang has also employed sonic-blasting "screamerangs," and whirling "bladerangs" which out like buzz saw blade. Boomerang is constantly diverting a percentage of his earnings to modify and replenish his arsenal of modified boomerangs.
Paraphernalia: Boomerang can fly by means of his boot-jets. Controlled by mental command through cybernetic circuitry in his cowl, the boot-jets generate a fine spray of two unusually potent hypergolic (exploding on contact) chemicals which act like a jet exhaust. Because of the small quantities used in the reaction, the boot-jet are capable of keeping him aloft at an average speed of 30 miles per hour for up to two hours, before refueling. The maximum speed at which Boomerang can fly by means of his boot-jets is 60 miles per hour, which will deplete his fuel supply in about 45 minutes. The boot-jets are powerful enough to support Boomerang's weight plus about one hundred pounds. More weight than that will cause the jets to lose altitude and eventually be grounded. The boot-jets are extremely maneuverable, allowing Boomerang to change direction and speed at mental command. They can also be used as an offensive weapon Boomerang stands firmly on the ground or braces himself against some object and fires them at an enemy at close range.
Boomerang was hired as security aboard the Anastasia, when the Slug learned that he was the Punisher's next target.

CONSTRICTOR Real Name: Frank Schlichting Affiliation: Independent Criminal Powers: None
Frank Schlichting was a small-time hoodlum and enforcer for the Chicago-area mobs who went to the West Coast to make a bigger name for himself. Applying to Eugene Kligger of the now-defunct criminal organization the Corporation, Schlichting was outfitted with a special suit of body armor and weaponry which the Corporation contracted weapons-maker Justin Hammer to build. Dubbed the Constrictor, Schlichting was employed as a special operative and hit man. His first public mission brought him into conflict with the Hulk. When The Corporation was dissolved, the Constrictor went freelance, accepting assignments from any individual or group who met his price. The Constrictor was invited to join the Serpent Society, but refused.
Weapons: The Constrictor wears an electrically-insulated, partially bullet-proofed battlesuit whose chief offensive weapon is the twin lengths of cybernetically-controlled, electrically-powered cables. These cables, which eject and retract from special appliances running from shoulder to wrist, are made of an Adamantium alloy (Adamantium being the strongest metal forged by man). Able to extend a maximum length of 30 feet, the Adamantium cables can be used as whips, capable of rending steel and lesser metals; or as bonds, capable of entwining an object or human being and constricting with a maximum force of 115 pounds per square inch. Once securely around an object or human being the cables are unbreakable. They can kill an average human being by constriction in a matter of seconds.
The Constrictor wears a power-pack in the bullet-proof chest area of his suit capable of generating a powerful electrical charge which he can direct through the length of the cables. He can generate a maximum charge of 35,000 volts of high frequency electricity for up to 3 minutes before depleting his power-pack. He can cyboernetically control the amount of voltage he channels through each cable.
The cybernetic circuitry controlling the functions of the functions of the cables is located in the forehead area of his cowl. The circuitry housing is bullet-proofed and insulated against most forms of jamming radiations.
Constrictor was hired as security aboard the Anastasia, when the Slug learned that he was the Punisher's next target.

ELECTRO Real Name: Maxwell Dillon Affiliation: Independent Criminal Powers: Electricity Control
High-wire lineman Maxwell Dillon was struck by lightning while in contact with power lines still connected to their spool. The unusually configured magnetic field generated by the wound spool of cable and live, high-tension wires induced a body-wide mutagenic change to his nervous system. Dillon found himself transformed into a living electrical capacitor, powered by the micro-fine rhythmic muscle contractions that normally regulate body temperature.
Adopting the gaudy garb of a so-called super-villain, the deranged Dillon sought to use his newfound power for personal gain. Electro's first and most frequent nemesis has been the wisecracking, web-slinging super hero known as Spider-Man. He also has battled the blind adventurer Daredevil, the star-spangled Super-Soldier Captain America and the fabled Fantastic Four. Generally, Dillon's criminal actions are governed by a desire for money or revenge.
Hoping to energize his campaign to smear Spider-Man's reputation, Daily Bugle publisher J. Jonah Jameson surreptitiously secured Electro's supercharged services to battle the web-slinger on national television. Before an audience of millions, Spider-Man stood triumphant once more. Electro's extended string of ignominious defeats nearly came to an end when the world-weary villain, hungry for respect, attempted to deprive the entire city of power by drawing it into his body. Dillon almost killing himself as a result, again meeting defeat at the hands of Spider-Man.
Maxwell Dillon possesses the ability to generate electrostatic energy at a rate of about 1,000 volts per minute and store up to 1,000,000 volts. At 10 feet, his maximum charge is more than enough to kill a normal man. Electro is able to emit lightning arcs from his fingertips at speeds of up to 1,100 feet per second, achieving a maximum distance of about 100 feet. In addition, he can override electrically powered devices and manipulate them mentally. Apparently, Electro's powers also can disrupt Spider-Man's ability to cling to walls.
Electro was hired as security aboard the Anastasia, when the Slug learned that he was the Punisher's next target.
